01. What are the requirements to rent the van?

Anyone who plans to drive one of our vehicles must be at least 25 years of age and have the following:25 years of age or older Valid US driver’s license Current Liability Insurance Personal Use: $100,000 / $300,000 Coverage Business Use: $1,000,000 Coverage (includes music bands) Collision Coverage (either through your own insurance policy or by purchasing collision damage waiver.)

02. Do the van come with entertainment system?

Most of our vans have a Smart TV and Blu-ray & DVD player you can connect phone, IPad, Android phone. Customers are responsible to return the audio/visual equipment’s without any damage.

03. Do you allow to travel out of state?

Yes, we do. You can travel to any of the 50 states.

04. Do you deliver the van?

We can and will deliver anywhere in Houston and suburbs for flat delivery and pickup fee.

05. Mechanical break down policy.

If any mechanical breakdown, call us immediately 832-819-1881, You can take the van to any Mercedes/ford dealership for repair and keep all the receipts of repair with you for reimbursement. If you can’t repair the van in less than 12 hours in a workshop, you need to find a suitable vehicle for your convenience. We are not responsible for your new rental. We will close our rental agreement from the time of mechanical failure and reimburses the rest of your money.

06. Payment Policy

All payments are due when you pick up the vehicle and final payment is due at return of the vehicle. We accept credit card, online payment, check. We require all customers to make a deposit of $300 for E, S ,L series vans & $500 for C series vans in advance and is refundable on return of the vehicle as agreed in the contract.

07. What is your mileage policy?

LuxedVans includes 250 miles per day of rental. Higher mileage and unlimited mileage package available. This mileage allotment covers most of our customers. We do have to charge a little bit extra to clients driving a high number of miles on a per day basis, as it is increasing our maintenance cost while decreasing the vehicle’s value. Additional miles will be charged a mileage fee on a per mile basis (most van are 38 cents a mile, although some vehicles may vary).

08. What’s your insurance policy?

You must be over 25 years of age to drive our vehicle with 100,000/300,000 liability insurance. Business customers/music band to drive our vehicles with minimum 1 million liability insurance in company name. RCP/Additional Coverage: You can purchase from us. This will cover up to 20,000.00 value of the van.

09. Will i receive a confirmation of my online confirmation.
