Executive Sprinter Vans

Executive vans for rent in Houston

Our executive vans are custom 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinters in Brilliant Black, fitted with customized seating for 9 passengers, more than 494 cubic feet of interior space and large dark-tinted windows for privacy. They are built for corporate travel, roadshows, client visits, weddings and VIP guests who want more room and comfort than a standard passenger van.

Why groups choose an executive Sprinter

  • More space per guest: 9 seats in a cabin sized for up to 15 people.
  • Privacy: dark-tinted windows give shade and discretion without blocking the view.
  • Airport valet: we deliver the van to IAH or Hobby for a flat $149.
  • Flexible self-drive: daily, weekly or monthly rates, with travel allowed to any of the 50 states.

Booking an executive van

Executive (C-series) vans need a refundable $500 deposit, and 250 miles per day are included. Drivers must be 25 or older with a valid US driver’s license and liability insurance ($100,000/$300,000 for personal use, $1,000,000 for business use), plus collision coverage through your own policy or our collision damage waiver. Pick your dates in the search above or call (888) 775-8933 and we’ll hold the right van for your group. Need more seats? See our 12 and 15 passenger vans.

Luxed Vans really came through for us with 2 15-passenger vans last minute!!! We had reserved 2 vans with Enterprise, and when we went to pick them up the day before, Enterprise said they didn’t have it, so we had to scramble to find 2 … More vans. Luxed Vans and the team really helped us get the 15-passenger vans. Also, when we dropped off the vans, we left some luggage, which they kept safe until I returned to pick it up. Would definitely recommend Luxed Vans!

We rented a huge sprinter van to drive to Big Bend with aging parents and young kids. It was pristine and so comfortable for everyone. It elevated our trip so much and we can’t wait to do another one. Tristan was extremely helpful throughout … More the process. Can’t recommend enough!
