Every van in this fleet is a high-roof passenger van built for groups: Mercedes-Benz Sprinters from the 2018 to 2024 model years and Ford Transit 15-passenger vans, including a 2026 Transit. Each Sprinter has more than 494 cubic feet of interior space and large tinted windows, and most of our vans have a smart TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player.

Which van fits your group?

  • 12 seats: S-series Sprinters with reclining seats. A comfortable fit for 9 to 11 travellers who also need room for bags.
  • 15 seats: L-series Sprinters with leather seating, and Ford Transit 15-passenger vans. Best for teams and large families. If every seat is filled, pack light or add a lockable luggage carrier.
  • 9 seats, executive: custom Sprinters with more space per guest. See our executive vans.

What’s included

  • 250 miles per day, with higher-mileage and unlimited packages available.
  • Travel to any of the 50 states.
  • Delivery and pickup for a flat $149 within 45 miles of our Sugar Land office (including IAH and Hobby airports), or $199 for 45–60 miles.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly rentals.

What you need to rent

Drivers must be 25 or older with a valid US driver’s license and liability insurance ($100,000/$300,000 for personal use, $1,000,000 for business use), plus collision coverage through your own policy or our collision damage waiver.
