We had a unique set of circumstances which required a specific type of van, and service which required careful planning going out west. After vetting a … More larger national RV brand only to be denied and cast aside we thankfully found Luxed Vans. Given the subtleties of our needs, and the safety that RV travel afforded given the pandemic, we were please to find that the owners at Luxed Vans were happy to accommodate. We decided to rent one of their beautiful ERA Sprinters replete with fridge, stove, shower, and bed. We were greeted and given a tour by a very friendly staff member who instilled us with reassurance given that we were first time RV renters! We were also happy to find out that staff would be on call for the duration of our trip if we had any issues (of which we had none).We have a newfound respect for the manageable size and drivability that class B RV vans provide. Trip complete, RV returned, and we are very happy to have given them our business. The smart tv came fully equipped with Netflix account already readily available to watch your fav movie or show . And also considering we had a 9 hr drive it really worked out well . I cannot say enough about the quality of the vehicle I rented or the customer service I received from the owner. I rented a van for my family trip to Jackson Hole Wyoming and the van was amazingly comfortable even for long days on the road. … More The van was virtually new and very well maintained however like all things mechanical we did experience a problem while we were out in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming. The van showed a warning sign that the battery wasn't charging and when I pulled over to check things out the van stopped. I called the owner and his IMMEDIATE response was "It's not your problem it is mine and I will fix it" He arranged for Mercedes top come get the van and offered to purchase airline tickets to get me and my whole family home. That is unheard of customer service these days and shows what type of company he is running. Luckily while we waited for Mercedes to come the owner searched the internet and found that the tracking device that the trucks have on them have caused similar reactions and once we removed it the truck went back to running perfectly. EVEN then he repeated his offer to fly us home if we were not comfortable with driving the van anymore. I can't endorse this company enough if you are considering renting a camper or a decked out van for you family's road trip use this company you will be happy you did. I did complete my trip with no further issues and will be renting from them again soon.
