A client with an active rental have the option of requesting a designated driver to accompany the client and the vehicle,which is under rental from and to a predetermined location(address) .
NOTE: Designated driver services depends on staff availability and sufficient reservation time

With our roadside assistance service, Depending on the situation, Road America Roadside Assistance will send either a tow company or an auto mechanic to get your rental cars rolling again.
