  We came to pick our Sprinter Van up and were greeted by a young man named Tristian. Tristian was hard at work washing vans when we arrived. Tristian was very helpful to us. Tristian walked us around the van and showed us some features and … More how things worked on the van. I was a little nervous and asked Tristian some dos and donts to safely driving the Sprinter van. Tristian told me that sometimes the wind blows hard and the van tends to catch air and not to panic just drive safe and dont overreact.This seems like simple advice but when I drove on the Interstate I saw exactly what he was talking about. The advice helped me A LOT. When we returned from our trip we were met by Tristian once again who was hard at work like the first time. He immediately came over to us and spoke to us. Its great customer service, professionalism and kind hearted people like Tristian that will make me come back to this business again.   Rented this 4x4 sprinter from them, was perfect for the family. Super clean and new inside. The 4 wheel drive worked like a charm in the snowy mountains. Super spacious. All the rows except the last row has reclining seats. Enough to get … More a decent sleep without having the head wobble. Was able to put todlers seat on and safely latch it on. The navigation was useful for sure. Was able to connect phone via Bluetooth. All USB are USB C so beware. 🙂 more than enough cargo space in trunk and under each seat if needed as well. Love the van. Renting was super easy and they are super friendly and will work with you. Def will be booking with them for our next family adventure. Oh and price was very competitive as well.
